On behalf of our respective LT client, we are looking for an Motorman to join Pusher Tug operating in inland waters.

Requirements:
Inland water license;
Valid Seamans book;
Valid or previously held (can be expired) OS/AB license, STCW documents (preferable). Motorman license is preferable.
Minimum of 1 year of experience of work at sea.

Conditions:
Salary: ~ 3200 Eur /month while on board.
Permanent contract
No work during nights(no night time navigation)
Duration: 30 days on/off board;
Joining: 09.10.2025

-Employment under LT contract. All taxes are paid, and the proposed salary is net (after taxes).
-Work experience counts towards employment history, pension accumulation, and includes full social guarantees.
- The crew will work shifts and sleep on the ship. The schedule is self-organized, but mainly, the person steering the ship would work in a 6-hours-on/6-hours-off or 12/12 rotation, taking into account requirements for rest/work hours as per MLC legislation.
